Hey y’all!

My names Kara! Long time watcher of b.lat YouTube videos, first time SUF attendee.  I’m very excited to be here!  I went fishing for the first time at the age of 20 and fell in love with the sport instantaneously.  When most people’s fishing stories begin in childhood, sometimes I feel like I’m playing a big game of catch up trying to learn everything but I’m enjoying the learning process! I mostly bank fish and kayak fish local lakes.  I just bought my first graph for my kayak so I can start learning more about these small bodies of water I frequent which I’m both excited about and a little overwhelmed by.  Last year I entered a few tournaments as a co-angler so I could experience new lakes and learn about what the tournament scene is like first hand.  It was an awesome experience and I’m hoping to enter a couple more this year.  2025 is going to be a great year for learning and I’m stoked to be here with you all!  I’m looking forward to getting to know y’all and learning from each other!

BLat, I'm holding you accountable if this gremlin doesnt hit haha.  JKJK. Since it is a bait you coordinated with ZMan, how would you recommend fishing it in the winter...If you would fish it all heading into the winter. Or is this more of a summer bait?

Treated myself to some new tackle. Very anxious to try out the Gremlin in the "gamechanger" color way. Heading to the lake tomorrow to go fishing with my buddy for the last time before he PCSs (moves away). Sad day! But, lightest bag buys lunch! Just sayin! If the gremlin is a bust, going to move to move to the lipless, football, and wacky based on conditions and temp.
