Crank, Pause, Crank…they just cant help themselves on that pause.
They were just loving the square bill and chatterbait on this windy afternoon.
Got out to the lake today but the fishing was tough. Worked on fishing a weightless fluke and caught this one.
This photo is for Ken Pfiffer. We talked about places to catch bass on the st Lawrence river. This is a aerial shot of a place I throw a Crankbait. On this particular day I had 20lbs using a rock crawler fishing the edges of flats like this.

Since we’ve been talking about bank fishing….. it’s only fitting to go fish the bank today. I honestly like this better some days. I can keep a eye on him better. We notice so may things that we never would have if we were in the boat.
Where are my bank fishermen? I just dropped part 1 of my favorite subject of all. MASTERING BANK FISHING. See the links below.
How do you know when your dog wants you to take him fishing?
Don’t wait start now! So many of you wait until you have a tournament to start the fishing trip analysis. Don’t wait. Even on your casual fishing trips start using the process now. That will make it much easier when you actually have a fishing tournament to prepare and come up with a plan to catch fish.
