I actually consume a lot! I don’t nibble at all. I graze all day long! On tournament weeks I spend about 200$ on groceries. That’s fruits veggies and proteins. I literally can feel the brain fatigue if I don’t eat well. You burn more calories by even thinking about something intensely. Those calories have to be replaced. Otherwise your timing is off, frustrating is hard to fight off and so much else.
