Great job this week!

Dang bro this is a whole jerry springer episode!!! Let's talk about being able to see fish part. How are you seeing them? Are you sure they are bass? If they aren't biting do you have a reason to move on to other fish?

I like the wind and rain part. BEST THING TO HAPPEN TO ANY FISHERMAN EARLY SEASON IS WIND AND RAIN! Now that doesn't always mean the ball gets thrown to me but they almost always bite better in general in the wind and rain in the spring. I'll make a note to do a deep dive into this during the school this weekend. IN short. the wind and rain are usually warm in the spring. it warms up the lake fast! secondly wind is usually our friend unless we're on a Great Lake. The broken surface tension creates lower light level and makes bass less aware of the surroundings

I've got to get better at explaining this. Thanks for adding this note. I feel like I understand it better than I can explain it. There are some fish in the all 3 stages of the spawn most of their spring. The trouble is identifying when is spring. Let's say the first time the water nears the 60 degree mark for the first time of the year. If the water temp is in that 60-low 70 degree mark for the FIRST time of the year there are SOME bass in most likely all three stages of the spawn.

I have mostly blue. I think someone else perhaps asked a question about eyewear. I've heard that you're supposed to wear the color sense that the water is. I don't know how much truth there is to that. I'll see if I can find someone that knows about this to come and do a live school.

What kind of lake is this one and what species of fish? In your area of the country I bet the fish are shallower than you think!

Dude that's completely something I would do and not realize it until a few years later

45 fish is a great day! Those days don't come too often. What lake is that?

Yeah the mud banks are really good at times! It may seem like there is nothing there but a lot of times it can be a little darker or lighter maybe a little leaf material or small pebbles even something as small as a coke can on the bottom that they are relating to.

I usually don’t until I bogger up the ones on them. Those are mustad triple grips on it. After those are finished I usually upgrade to owner ST36
