I’m at my parents. This is my dad’s sketch pad. Write things down yall. Put your thoughts on paper. Put the process on paper. Make a plan.

With everything that has happened there’s so many things happening quickly. All we can do and should do is show love and empathy to all that’s involved. This is a part of life I’ve worked on. Empathy has never been a strong point for me so this is a opportunity to show up for myself and others by being emphatic.
