I’m semi back on the grid!!! We’re back in our home but still no internet.

Still no power folks. Im hearing we should be up and going by Monday. The first thing I want to do is get caught up on questions and just talk with everyone. We’re still living out of my camper. It’s honestly been fun. Right now I texting you guys from one of my sons dirt bike races. We needed a change of scenery so we left belton. Hopefully when we get back I can focus on fishing for a while. I’d love for you guys to drop you Sunday questions in the community tomorrow ✌🏾💪🏾

Hey y’all. My family and I drove to town today so I had some phone reception. Everything is great with us outside of power. We’ve been in my camper since Friday. That’s the easiest way to have power, shower eat etc. it’s honestly been a lot of fun. We’ve rode dirt bikes played games, bon fires and cornhole. I’ve received a text saying that we may have power restored by Saturday so that’s great news! Is anyone fishing?

I got cell reception!!! For a few days there was no reception at my house but now we have at least a little bit. Still no power. This completely surprised all of us. We had no idea it was gonna be this serious. Usually we aren’t affected by a hurricane in the upstate. We’re absolutely all good. Fortunately I have a generator and a place to stay. To be honest we’re almost just having fun. It’s been a good break. For some people it hasn’t been as easy. From what I’ve seen so far 40 people lost their lives to Helene over the weekend due to flooding and entrapment by trees. I’ve never seen our area impacted this way. Thanks checking in and asking about us. I can communicate here in the app but I don’t know if I have enough reception to do a live. Maybe we can try tomorrow. I don’t have anything else to do with no power!

Just a heads up guys. Hurricane has wrecked our town. There’s no power and roads are shut down. It may be several days before I can communicate here in the app. There’s some content scheduled to go live but i won’t be here to answer and questions. There’s no cell reception as well. 😑
