You can search elberton Georgia area as well or even Anderson South Carolina and Iva South Carolina. The lake borders Ga so even though it’s another state it’s just right there. This lake is a game management property so the whole lake is protected from development so other than state parks houses will be 20mins or more away just because they can’t develop there. I live about 35 mins away. It’s somewhat common here mainly because it’s soooo rural here.
