This video was sent to me yesterday from a good friend of mine showing striped and hybrid bass just busting top water all over the place this pass Saturday on Lake hartwell. He told me he caught 20+ before he called it quits. From the video this is the biggest school I have ever seen how about yall?

When I Attended DNR school we discussed each species of fish in South Carolina. I believe I recall how we discuss how Striped bass used low light to there advantage to Hunt for their food individually, then being in tight packs schooling using the low light to hide in the shadows to ambush their food. So schooling is not needed as much in low light conditions. Don’t hold me 2 this because that was 2-3yrs ago since I attended.

Hello everyone, it’s been a while since I’ve been active in the community chat. I haven’t been fishing since the end of July, bc I decided to have my boat updated to give me more of a competitive edge for the upcoming 2025 tournament season. I’ve had the chance to take a couple of fishing charters, other than that, I’ve been living my fishing dreams through all of you and your posts. Keep up the good work! I hope to rejoin the tournament world in November/December. Good Luck Everyone!
