Hey Brian. This isn’t a question I just wanted to share with the school what’s been going on since the last time I was in the live with you. You suggested that I start throwing bigger baits for summer fishing around docks. So I went and picked me up a few glide baits. I haven’t caught any fish on them unfortunately, but I have seen some of the biggest fish of my life just due to the drawing power of the bait. Even though I didn’t catch any fish I still was able to gather information on the temperament of the fish, and also gave me ideas of potential baits I could used to come back later and potentially catch the fish.

(Also just a quick tip, for anyone just getting into fishing glide baits don’t make the mistake I did of slowing down your retrieve or hesitating when a fish is following your bait. If anything you want to speed up your retrieve. Because if you ever witnessed a bait fish being chased by a bass they are just stoping their swimming for their lives.)
