One Tourney left in our season with the potential of earning the 2024 AOY trophy. If you are bored circle a spot on the lake and I’ll try to fish it this coming Saturday in your honor. 🏆 Its only my 3rd time on this lake. Have been using some of the tips from the last live fall fishing lesson to research it and build a plan. Will keep you posted on Saturday of how it’s going real time and try to take some pics while fishing your suggestion. Good luck to everyone else getting a line wet this weekend or if you have an upcoming Tourney!

Got into a lil fall tourney on Lake Mayo in NC today with a buddy. Caught a lot of fish just not the right ones or the right species. Weighed in 5 for 8lbs and some change, winner had 15. The fall rides are better than any other time of the year. If it were a Chain Pickerel Tourney we would have had 20+ 🤣. Get out there befor all the leaves are gone!!

Yes and setting tips for different conditions.

Yeah man I love giving stuff to kids. Hopefully they don’t accidentally eat them. 🤣. At one time I had a few subscriptions and have an abundance of stuff that will never get wet. I also spend way too much at Ollie’s in the spring when the put out their fishing haul.

Nathan Sipes What’s your favorite color.. Black #1 Green Pumpkin with a chartreuse dip/pen. #2 and believe it or not a Bubblegum also has paid off and has did work when those struggle. (Zoom Trick Worms are My Favorite)

Kevin Skovenski -Not sure how long you been tourney fishing but you are right proper gear is key. If you plan on fishing tournaments and live in an area with changing seasons. Definitely invest in a good rain suit with wind resistance. I have had a Simms Challenger set for three years now and It still works great. Not to heavy or light weight and mobility in it is good. Also not ridiculously over priced. Perfect for me in the south east.
