LOL…true

P.S. I am making it a priority to catch a bass on a worm in the spring!

Do you weight being right on presentation or learning what part of the lake/cover to present it more heavily?

Bass and stripper/hybrids

Tims Ford is “home lake”

They will start pulling the water down in the next three weeks… somewhere between 10 and 15 feet. Any strategies for fishing reservoirs after the TVA Has drawn the water way down. Which leads me to a preview of my spring question…. Where do the bass spawn if the spawn happens before the TVA brings the water back up to full pool in April? I really appreciate you taking the time to ask the question!

Almost all the docks on Tim’s Ford float in 15 to 50 feet of water. The pattern was docks with rip rap on the bank off a main creek arm in 30 to 50 feet of water. Some of the catches had another bass followed them into the boat…it was fun. It was crazy how I could move 100 yards into a cove and not get a strike under the docks… but the dock off the main creek arm were fun

Where did they go… My guess is the near Shore Bass didn’t really go anywhere… It may have been my presentation that didn’t work. The offshore bass did look like they went deeper… All the shad balls were much deeper.

Nice! My home lake is a similar lake… Never caught them on a spoon…. any recommendation on what type of spoon to buy?

Tims Ford Marina is a good place to launch….easy mid lake launch. The TVA draws the lake down 10 to 15 feet in winter…the drawdown begins in next couple weeks…never finished this lake at winter pool, but I hear the smallmouth is still good

I’m a new guy too… But I love the community!

I like it!
