Dude, you always find the big ones! Congrats

I missed the one caught off the bed… But it was fun to see them fishing off the bridge that you can see from my house. You always see tons of fish on the side imaging when you go by the bridges. You and your dad always have a spot in my boat if you ever make it down this way! This was the best year I have had in catches following the guidelines I learned from the app and community. During the summer, I always felt confident that I could get 3 to 7 bites every day with a shaky head and end up with a two or 3 pound smallmouth. they stock tons of hybrid and striped bass in this lake, which I’ve had success with trolling crank baits in the past… Going to branch out next year and try to target some stripers. They also stock tens of thousands of walleye in Tim’s Ford… another species I wanna know more about since I accidentally catch some from time to time. And I guess I’m going to have to figure it out the catfish situation too you since I’ve caught multiple flathead catfish on a shaky head this year over 6 pounds.

I really enjoy fishing a lipless… I really need to figure out how it plays into a Highland reservoir like Tim’s Ford. I have tried multiple times to catch them on a blade bait, which is basically a lipless crank bait with no rattles… the thump feels so good on the line on the retrieval and it gets down deep so fast, which is great on my lake.Just haven’t figured it out yet.
