Seems to me you’ve had good repore with your co angler. I am new to the scene and I’ve learned a whole lot from asking questions here. In interviews and videos, one of the common tips were to never fish what the boater is fishing. Of course, I think this wouldn’t be an issue if the boater was cool with it.
My question was a scenario I thought might happen and I wanted to see if there was an answer for it. I want to he as respectful as I can be and avoid any possible conflict. Money is involved and that’s when people get the most funny.
I’m going in to my first BFL co angler with a mindset to 1) learn as much as I can about the initial experience and how it’s structured and flows. 2) Understand my position as a co angler and see what happens when I get to fish. 3) have fun.
I think I will just play it by ear and see how it goes
