A great day to kick off the fall SUF tornament. It was cold this morning though, had a frost and air temp was 33F when I started fishing. Water temp was 60F, the squarebill and buzzbait was the deal today. Started real shallow early in the morning and once the topwater bite seemed to wear out, I moved out to about 10 ft and just started making laps with the 2.5 Squarebill ( no knockers today ) a "silent" bait was key. Went to one of my favorite little lakes to fish. It was a great bite happening today! Cought over 10 fish in total.
