I was able to get out to a lake the day before it shuts down for public fishing. It's only my third time fishing the lake. Caught this 20.5 in/ 3.5 lb Spot .... from the deep side of the boat. I don't know the exact depth since I don't use electronics...
Caught him on a 3\16 oz Texas Eye jig head (love those jig heads) with a 4" Pearl Blue Glimmer Diesel Minnow. Definitely a one of a kind fish had a lot of character and scars. The lip was actually partially pulled off... #olsnatchandgrab #javorslucaslake #fromthedeepsideoftheboat
