Nathan Sipes: Co-angler. I want to be part of the Suf team because I believe in the app and I want to represent something that I will be proud of. The entry fees and gear are great! but I really need to have the support of you and everyone else on the app. There are definitely younger guys on here with a lot more potential, but I have the Drive and want to excel ln the sport! I think I could be a good representative of the SUF community . And I want to compete as much as I want to learn. I’m going to congratulate and lift up anyone you pick! Just putting my hat in the ring

Why should you sponsor me for the BFL? After serving 23 years in the Army, I retired in 2019 and often struggled to fill that void. When I’m on the water fishing, all that disappears. It’s like a switch flips—suddenly, everything feels normal again, and all the noise fades away. Bass fishing has become not only my passion but also a means of personal healing and growth. The focus, patience, and discipline it requires mirrors the values I honed during my military service. With a commitment to hard work, continuous improvement, and representing my sponsors with integrity, I’m dedicated to excelling both as an angler or a co-angler in the BFL if chosen. Partnering with Brian Latimer’s Straight Up Fishing School would be a perfect fit, as I share the same determination, resilience, and love for the sport. My drive to succeed on the water would help bring visibility to your brand, creating a meaningful, long-term relationship both on and off the water.
My boat is jealous of all the other boats that are able to get out on the water.
Got out on the water today and happened to get into some nice hybrids using the ol "Alabama Slamma" aka A-Rig. I added the livescope recording of the catch so you can see how they were just hovering right off the bottom... Enjoy!
Dang it y’all. I saw this birthday deal 2 hours ago and I had to wait and get myself straightened out before I posted this. Seriously thank y’all so much. I’m definitely loved and that’s one thing I will never be able to deny.
Hey can someone give me some Advice I have a 2018 Bass tracker and I wanted to purchase a step that goes in front of the boat. Can somebody give me some advice? Which one should I purchase?
Got an impromptu couple hours on the Chickahominy River yesterday. Had a couple bites, but nothing landed. Definitely need to take the time and use what Brian has taught us by marking those points and ditches so these little trips become more successful. Either way it’s always awesome when you can get on the water in December!
Just wanted to introduce my self, my names Bryce I’m from the PNW area and pretty stoked I found out about SUF. I’m excited to get to meet people with the same passion and drive for fishing and get to keep adding knowledge to my arsenal. Never stop learning and getting better.
