Hey community! Would fishing off shore rock piles, humps and submerged creek beds at night hold fish like it does in the daytime?

I have fished dock lights and you will catch a variety of different species. I also have some lights that I hang in the water at night as well. Lights draw plankton then bait fish then the action starts lol at that point I stop fishing and just watch the show it’s like a horror movie with fish.

I’m targeting islands off the main lake. Targeting 4 to 8 foot of water and the saddles between the islands
