This week I got to fish with some of my fishing club buddies on the St. Lawrence River. I really enjoyed my time with them fishing for fun and slight competition. Some wanted to catch the most fish and me, I wanted to catch big fish. I had a ton of fun fishing a crankbait. While I did not catch the most fish I did catch some quality fish and improved my PB Smallmouth to 5lbs 7oz. Sometimes you need to just fish in a way that makes you happy. I am thankful for the BLat knowledge and my boater who was willing to try something different. 😀

Texas Bound

Had my first day of practice for a mlf college tournament on the Potomac river today. Was able to get a couple of keepers in the boat. Couldn’t figure out any patterns im confident in . Tidal fisheries are no joke nothing like in use to.
