Blew away my PB yesterday. 8lb 4oz caught on a Texas Rig with a 6th Sense 9.6 inch Boassa watermelon red.
So stoked with this catch. Caught 3 fish in 35 mins making a total of 14.8lb in 35 mins.

Am I the only one that struggles throwing a frog. Over and over it’s always the same thing. The bites are there, but I cannot set that hook. I lost more than 5 my last outing before I went back to my traditional baits; soft plastics, spinners, cranks, etc… BUT that dang frog!
Boy Oh Boy I did it now! So I had a reel go bad on me a few weeks back and went out and replaced it with a Daiwa Tatula, I will not by another reel again by far best I ever fished with even My SLX and Lew's PRO by far! Those Are two I got now Love them so smooth cast amazingly highly recommended!
If you watched the live yesterday’s let me know what you saw please
I just stumbled across an oldish YouTube video, "Ike Live" with BLat and family talking about Brian's story.
It's good stuff. Also good to hear the REAL experiences of becoming a tournament angler.
Hello SUF people! Got a question for the kayak crowd! Is there anyone out there that has had to do any type of keel repair to their fishing rig? My bonafide SS107 needs alittle love and attention in one special area! I have watched some youtube videos on this topic and I kind of have an idea of what I want to do for the repair, but since I got this great platform to ask a question like this... I just was wondering if any of my fellow kayak people have tried any type of keel repair to their yak that they really like and would recommend. ( second picture makes it look kinda sketchy! 🫣 )
See y’all at 6pm eastern. Last trip before the hurricane!
If I can get 10 people interested by commenting on this I’ll try to make it happen this evening. So far no rain just wind.
