Iβm working on getting organized so I can be more efficient next year with my fishing. Here is a before and after picture.
This is some of the stuff I want to do a workshop on after thanksgiving! Tell me what you see in this screenshot.
βοΈ Is this something that you want to talk about?
Brian Barde Barde Rods have arrived!
Hey community, had to share my recent delivery from our own communities Brian Barde. He made me two spinning rods, they both resemble the Favorite BLat sick stick. I feel the GRB closely resembles the sick stick with the βMHβ feel and action with just the right amount of ehhhh. The Bushido is a little on the lighter size. I feel itβs going to be great for smaller lighter baits like Crappie and Walleye. Saturday I hope to get on the water and do some testing with a variety of baits. If you have any bait suggestions before Saturday let me know. Iβll give them a try.
John boat tournament win on 11/10/24 in New York
As I was fishing in my kayak Saturday ( the wind was kicking my butt) I got on the Garmin app to look for points and ditches and ledges . Mostly point and ditches on lake greenwood . And it worked pretty good . So Iβm going to use it when I draw someone using the ffs maybe I can find a hump or a ditch out of the back of the boat. So I think itβll be a good tool for us co-anglers. What do you guys think?
Another tourney in the books, this one Lake Dunlap in New Braunsfel. Caught a few and this round I was the one to put us on the bite and figured out what works. I also fished this spot a lot because it so close to me. My first two locations turned into bites. Texas rig with a Zoom or Yum pumpkin lizard. This is a high pressured area so catching is a big deal.
