Anyone headed to the Richmond Fishing Expo January 17-19? Due to kids travel sports I can only attend this Friday.
Brian Latimer I know you always ask where I’m from on the Live shows. I’m just east of Richmond, VA between the York and James Rivers.
Just heard that an angler lost their life this weekend during a Lake Hartwell tournament. That’s extremely sad to hear. I was actually recently thinking of the risk involved in fishing; especially tournament anglers who sometimes depend on wins for their livelihood.
Anyhow Randy Blaukat has a new vid up with safety tips. Perhaps B-Lat can talk a bit more about boating safety as well. I believe that came up as a potential future topic in the last live.
Y’all be safe out there.
Brian you said that you carry three Spinning rods. Can you tell me how you rig those up.
I was wondering how many family members are there from Arizona.
Myself I live in Winkelman Arizona
Since we are on the topic of crank baits this month. Figured I would share some cool info. Does everyone remember the Wee Bait made by Wes England? Anyways found out he worked on the assembly line my grandpa supervised at Ford.
New podcast is live. I answered all the questions from the ask Blat section. I also had a 6 year old guest today. Didn’t really contribute much to any answers but he was there 🤷🏾♂️
It's a 52-degree post-front afternoon. I’m planning to look for bait and spend the afternoon in this creek, a river system lake with lots of rock and docks. I would love to hear your thoughts on tactics and baits. ( 3 pictures in the post)
Going to do some led light installs on my kayak.. will post some pictures of the install before and after for anyone wondering about the process.. got to love drilling holes into plastic..
