Got on the Potomac River one day this weekend and caught one nice bass on a shallow running crankbait in the grass.

Nailed two on the frog.. Must say the Jackall Kaera is a pay to win. Go buy some if you dont have any

Our bass season isn't open yet here where I live (in Southern Ontario, Canada), but I love learning about and targeting other species all throughout the year. I got into a bunch of black crappie recently between storms! I was fishing with a 1/16oz white tube under a float. These crappie were stacked up under a bridge and I was catching them from shore. Love these little guys! 😊

Do you guys have any experience with Optima batteries? Are they worth the $.

I only have room for one starting/electronics battery in my boat so I’m looking to maximize my running time without have to jump my starting battery with a Noco boost anytime I want to run the engine.  Any suggestions would be appreciated!

DO NOT FISH A FROG WITHOUT WATCHING THIS VIDEO!

This time of year gets tricky to do a workshop on! I feel like some of you are still in the spring transition while many of you are already experiencing summer fishing as well. I think I'll do one more spring workshop before moving on to summer workshops. How's that sound for you guys?

This is the knot that I use for braid to fluorocarbon. Do I have any FGers in the community? What's your experience?

I'm gonna be filming a SUF episode in Florida on Lake Kissimmee. Would any of my Florida anglers be up for a meet up/hangout on Kissimmee? We can breakdown the lake together maybe grab a bite to eat. Reach out and let me know if you're going to be in the area!

With topwater fishing being everyone's favorite. Which topwater are you guys throwing now?

Just a side note. Some of you may be trying to register for the SUF tournament. If you're having trouble we are trying to figure it out. for some of you the link is not working. For some of us there's no problem. That's why it's a little tricky to troubleshoot. If you're trying to register and can't shoot me a message here and I'll make sure we manually get you in if nothing else.
