I’ve been fishing a lot lately. I can’t wait to get in the app tomorrow and catch up on ask BLAT. I finished 10th today at Hartwell with 16lbs today. I had so much fun this week catching them on a jerkbait and a Carolina rig. I caught some slipping docks. (Shallow ones) I also caught a big one on a shakey head today. Lake Hartwell owes me nothing. I was worried about this one more than any other on the schedule. As good as it is sometimes it’s easy to top out at 12lbs.

I made championship Sunday today yall. Man I noticed my guy Nathan before I even put my boat on the bank. I wish I had longer to chat today. I really appreciate him spending his Saturday at weigh in. Thank y’all for being on the team. I have so many stories to tell yall about when I get back in the seat Monday. This lake has changed EVERY SINGLE DAY. Today I caught a lot of my bass on the herring spawn. Some on beds and some fishing docks. This is why I love spring time. It’s the best time to learn how to catch bass.

It’s a late night but all I can think about is what’s gonna happen tomorrow!

It made my day to see my family at weigh in today. It’s was a good day. I had 14-10. I’d love to fish on Sunday this week. Pretty much everything I learned practiced flopped so I start over again at 1pm today and caught all of my weight doing new stuff. It wouldn’t surprise me if I had to learn new stuff tomorrow again.
