Ricky's short answer was no as long as you don't over use it and let the chemical seep inside the reel excessively.

Bait finesse system! Ricky did give a pretty in-depth explanation about it. It's basically bait casters with complex bearing and brake technology so you can cast light lures.

Three of my most productive baits for winter fishing. I rig these on a jig head or a drop shot and catch fish on rock bluffs, docks, gravel transitions, drains and ditches as well as fishing directors under the boat in 20-40ft. 

These are all things I deal with daily!!! I get it. I’ll get some people on here to talk about that soon!!!

I want to have some kayak pros on here. I can offer my advice but I only use them in the fall and summer. I don’t think it’s much different but that’s my experience.
