A few things first

Water Clarity?

Contour? Deep shallow

Is there grass

is there wood

If it's clear the easy go to would be a jerk bait, medium diving crankbait, finesse swimsuit and a shake head or any other type of soft plastic to drag.

if the water has some color, I'd use a chatterbait, spinnerbait, crankbait and some type of creature bait to flip whatever shoreline cover there may be

It's a pretty fresh fish. I think it's just the way the sun is shinning on it. They really are just starting to flood the bank for the most part. It's staying cold which I really like!
