Me- lose 50 pounds, get stronger and improve endurance. Looking to have a better kayak tournament season and to work towards being able to stand in my kayak and drag long distance if needed.

⛑️💪🏽In our roundtable, many of our members expressed interest in using the winter months to get healthier and stronger and develop better habits so we can fish better — and for many more years to come. I’d like to create a challenge to help with that and set the time frame up until the retreat next year!
