Haven’t done a lot of crappie fishing before (so much fishing to do, so little time), but I feel like this is a fair size slab. I may just have to target these next time!

Nice rig! I’m tempted to take the plunge on a kayak, but I really want a “throw and go” option that can handle our heavy tidal currents down here. I’m really sold on the Sportsman’s stability, but worry about the paddling capability against current. Have you had yours in any strong currents?
