To follow up from Brian Barde post
This old beast was called “Meat & Toys”.  1978 Sylvan 19’. But had 2007 Mercury 115hp.  Bought it for $2,800 from a guy that was getting divorced.  He had 4 boats at the time
My buddy and I split the cost of the boat and bought it together.  We had just got out of college and were poor.  But we had new jobs, he was an engineer for Fisher Price Toys and I was in sales for a meat packing company.  So we came up with the boat name, “Meat & Toys”.  Solid  aluminum boat.  Survived some big water days on Lake Erie.  Wish I had some better pictures of it though.

It’s ok, size doesn’t matter.  Just how it looks in the picture.

Vicariously through Bobby I know I’m going to catch at least three 9lbers Thursday in class!

If I could pick a second one it would be learning where to look for bass.

Now that you’ve had your Ghost for a while how does it compare to other brands you’ve had?

I would love to learn what you’ve learned about Crappie fishing?

Smallies weren’t biting but apparently the 17.75” large mouth were.  For sure a first for the club to have a 5 way tie. Â
