It is indeed a Wiper! They are so much fun. If you can find them schooling it can be one every cast. I got into a bunch of 1-2 pounders earlier this year in Oklahoma on Lake Tenkiller. We were catching them throwing a crank bait. We must’ve casted into the boil for 30 mins. It was non stop action. If you have a dam on that lake you were talking about I could almost guarantee they up in the outflow as well!
