You know, I was sitting here today really contemplating going after some of those master angler awards. Always been something on my mind for many years. The Linders were where I got a lot of my information from as a youngin. Loved seeing Infisherman mag hit the mailbox

One rod challenge. 7” taxi shad glide. If you don’t have confidence in something, keep it in your hand. If you want to purely get better at something, just keep it in your hand. If it’s a black and blue jig just keep it in your hand. The difference with the “big baits” is just the buy in is more expensive. Same mindset. All baits are just tools. It can be more fun to use an air ratchet instead of a box end wrench.
This is a solid 3 Younder but before this I had what I propose to be a 6-7 pounder come and grab this thing and just missed the hooks. Funny how they can do that.

Recently I cut the wrong end after not putting in through the level wind after respooling line. Devistating lol. 😂

Indeed on the river she was sitting in some whitewater hiding in a sneaky little eddy between 2 riffles. I went there chasing a giant. Theres 7s and 8s that have been caught there.
