A shaky head has slowly become my confidence bait. I also sometimes cut down my bait if I see the fish are a bit smaller. When would you use a ned rig over a shaky head?  Would you base it off of the bait action or the suitability of the jig head. Or both?

I know you said you’d use 10 to 6lb fluorocarbon leader on the ned rig. What size braid would you use for braid to fluorocarbon? 12lb?

Do you ever encounter issues with fish short-striking the Gremlin on a swim jig or other application?
