I would try to fish over top the submerged bushes with a spinner bait or a fluke.. throw a creature bait or jig in the heart of the cover if that wasn’t productive I would go to secondary and main lake points drag football jig/carolins rig and a shakey head possibly even a neko rig..

I’ve used the monster d-claw and a Ike’s missile monster jig.. honestly I think it’s too big 10/0 hook and the craw looks like a lobster.. I love big baits but I think there is a time when it’s too big.. had to throw it on my glide bait rod cause it was so heavy
