Brian Latimer it’s technically big enough to be considered a lake here in nc.. water visibility is about 6ft it’s a old dug out sand pit technically.. I’ve caught 6-7 pounders out of here .. I’ve heard and seen pictures of 10+lbers in here.. it’s crazy is has some of the biggest white perch in there somehow when I first caught one on a crank bait I thought they were white bass.. it actually has a thermocline in it being so deep..

It’s like a big bowl mainly sandy bottom here very little structure occasionally a rock pile and some rip rap on the sides.. max depth 30ft

Struggle is real in mainly focusing on drop shot and slow dragging Carolina rigs.. tried big glides lol no luck

You going to do any fishing chaos tournaments this year so I can get some bass mooch gear :P

I would prefish a day to try and see what is working.. water temps that high I wouldn’t be scared to find mats and throw a frog.. wacky rig senko around docks.. if using ffs juggle minnnow and jerkbaits .. heck I would even try a glide bait around docks and bluff walls
