Which one gets you to be “in the zone”? For me, Being less attached to winning actually puts me closer to being the zone. When I focus too hard on winning, it creates pressure that hinders my “ in the zone”state. A "pursuing the next fish" mindset keeps me present, focused and relaxed, which is where my peak performance is.
