Great book on creating great habits - Atomic Habits. You can make Easy small tasks become strong positive habits. Habit stacking is a great way to do one small thing. “After I pour my morning coffee, I will do one push-up.” “After I launch my boat, I will check my battery voltage.” Etc…

I found these lure wraps https://amzn.to/4aoEpMA to be really useful when I put my rods away in my rod locker to keep trebles from hooking my rod sleeves or line. Also a gquality neoprene rod sleeves tend to not get hooked deeply.
