Second place on Saturday! First Place on Sunday!

What a whirl wind of 4 days!!!! Fix injector (thanks Thayer's Marine, Inc. for having part in stock and quick shipping), had a great time fishing my favorite lake, then I broke that leaf spring on the boat trailer on the way home (thanks to the Greylock Bass crew for roadside assistance), spent all day getting parts and installing new springs, next day I fish a Saturday tournament (2nd place), fish a Sunday tournament (1st place). I am ready for work on Monday so I can relax!!

3/8 peanut butter and jelly with a green pumpkin craw trailer. It is becoming my favorite go to. They were up on dock posts, laydowns and other vertical structure. I think the bottom composition combined with vertical structure was the key for some fish. They did not like the muck. They did like the more rocky bottom with weeds nearby. 0 - 10 feet near some spawning areas. Smallies were at the top of slopes to deeper areas. Some already moved up to spawning areas. Some were on beds which is a totally different pattern.
