I made the long trip safely however, on the first day, I managed to crack my fishfinder. :-( Has anyone else done this. How do you avoid this?

Fishing central FL this weekend. I just need one more good fish to hit my 100 inch goal in SUF Summer tournament.

Great question, I struggle with this as well. Many of my lakes are vast stretches of weeds and it can be overwhelming where to start. 

I am going to be fishing central Florida in the coming days. What two or three baits/techniques do you recommend?

Do you ever feel burned out from fishing? If so, how do you combat it? I have yet to reach that point of burnout likely because I have so much to learn.
