Caught a few smallmouth on the Ned RIG out here on Loudoun this past sunday

My co angler let our 5th keeper  come out of the live well and back in the water so with like 7 mins to go I chunk the crankbait and snag the biggest fish of the day it was pure luck

Blat what are your strengths on tva lakes especially more Eastern tva lakes?

Definitely flipping a texa rig or spinnerbait. But you can't win like that out here. I'm transitioning to the vertical finesse because I see the success that the guys and pros are having.

Well blat I got the hammer dropped on me at my dub on fort Loudoun lake today. I knew where fish were got there had it to myself caught several short fish. So I knew I had a pattern finally caught my first keeper then it went dead. Stopped biting stopped schooling shad. Made Arun found schooling huge gizzard shad. Had big fish follow my big swimbait but wouldn't commit. Long story short took one keeper to the scale. I think top 5 was 14, 16, 17 ,19 and 23lbs. I struggle with narrowing down the water and locating these bigger bass. I have to work on my electronics skill set and using the map to eliminate water to get more efficient.
