Well blat I got the hammer dropped on me at my dub on fort Loudoun lake today. I knew where fish were got there had it to myself caught several short fish. So I knew I had a pattern finally caught my first keeper then it went dead. Stopped biting stopped schooling shad. Made Arun found schooling huge gizzard shad. Had big fish follow my big swimbait but wouldn't commit. Long story short took one keeper to the scale. I think top 5 was 14, 16, 17 ,19 and 23lbs. I struggle with narrowing down the water and locating these bigger bass. I have to work on my electronics skill set and using the map to eliminate water to get more efficient.

Hard to tell can you clean up your image with contrast and sensitivity settings.

True fishing is fishing no matter what. I'm a good shallow water bank fisherman. But ever since I started tournament fishing the guys that fished offshore were so much more consistent. Now I'm fishing tva resovoir mostly. Pickwick, Kentucky lake and now loudon and Douglass but I'm trying to Learn how to use my graphs and maps to locate and find, and most importantly catch offshore bass. I've taken jace (my 5 yr old) on three tournaments and he loves it, so I know the better I get and the more I learn. Then I can set him up for success to hopefully be way better than me.

THIS IS VERY TRUE THATS WHY OVER THE PAST SEVERAL YEARS WHILE I BEEN FISHING THESE SMALL TOURNAMNET TRAILS I'VE BEEN TRYING TO FISH WITH GUYS THAT HAVE KNOWLEDEGE AND SKILL SET THAT I CAN LEARN FROM TO BE A BETTER ANGLER. NOT JUST FOR ME BUT TO TEACH MY SON SO MAYBE, POSSIBLY HE CAN TURN THAT PASSION INTO A CAREER AND NOT HAVE TO WORK HISS ASS OFF LIKE I DO. BUT TO DO SOMETHING, AND BE SUCCESFULL  AT A SPORT OR PASS TIME THAT HE  LOVES TO DO.

WHEN YOU WERE THROWING THE CAROLINA RIG IN THIS VIDEO DO YOU HAVE THE SAME SOFT PLASTIC JERKBAIT ON OR SOMETHING DIFFRENT?
