I got a chance in September to do some small mouth fishing on the St Lawrence River in New York. Best fishing experience in my lifetime. A week of non stop catching fish.

I’m still fishing for largemouth in Northern Virginia but not much happening for me so far. 

Excellent information Brian. I fish the Potomac River in Virginia so it’s usually under 5 feet with grass. Would you recommend the same weight or lighter?
