Thank you for the information. This past year has been a learning experience for me and your thoughts have opened up my eyes to why bass are caught. Profiles, structure, understanding the nature of bass and areas fished are more important that what “magical” lure you are casting.
I now catch bass in the summertime with “red” crankbaits. Use deep diving crankbaits for my PB smallmouth out of the St Lawrence River. Plus, I use a spinnerbait in the wintertime for cold muddy water. 🤯
New thoughts , big results.
