So true! In the last few years, I have realized that bass can’t read and they don’t follow “what the book says”. Quite often the experience is telling you something either way, bite or no bites. The real questions could be are we paying attention, are we filling in the blanks, are we comprehending what the bass are telling us and can we complete the thought process for more success.

We need to be intentional in our actions throughout the fishing day. Keeping the proper mindset and a willingness to adapt, change and maybe go against conventional thinking may lead to success.

Redefining success as a learning experience instead of the size of your catch bag may be the most beneficial attribute gained in your fishing adventures. 😀🎣
