Great ideas. Thank you

I had some success in the spring and summer burning a shallow crankbait in grass. Hard stop and go’s produces reaction bites. My theory has been to not give the fish a chance to think just react. Covers a lot of water and then allows me to try some plastics in places I got a bite.

What is your ideal Gear ratio for the crankbait reel?

For the Potomac River grass beds I use the Orginal Baby -1’s and kVD 1.5’s. Do you have any other suggestions for crankbaits in 4 feet of water that can rip thru the grass before it gets thick?

Shad colored 6th sense. I catch and released. But I love to eat fish.

I got to fish the St Lawrence River this year  and became a fan of tungsten weights on my drop shots. What are your thoughts about tungsten weights in all types of waterways?

For spinning rods- if I’m doing braid to fluorocarbon what pound line do you use for each? Do you have them match or offset?

Brian- thanks for the discount code , however, your spinning rod is sold out on the Favorite website. Get on them to make some more available 😀

What factors are you using to decide the length between your hook and your weight?

I don’t see the link for the Ned spinner.Â
