Co- angler questions,

Is it ok to depend on the boater for Pliers and hook removal equipment?

For BFL’s is it better to give gas money at the beginning or the end of the tournament?

For the BFL’s , who calls who when the contact information is sent?

Update- not too bad. Caps made a comeback and forced overtime but lost in a shootout. OVI with 3 assists. They gained a point!
