Being vulnerable is one of the best ways to grow. Salute, friend! My last 3 tournaments have been so hard on me, I skunked at Kentucky Lake, caught a ton a pickwick but was DQd for failure to check in, and yesterday we had the opportunity choose a lake between 6 small lakes, but I chose an unpopular one and struggled to catch anything over 10 inches. I even caught bream and warmouth. I was able to laugh through it. There are 4 tournaments remaining and I only need 2 good finishes to complete the season how I had hoped. I submit to you that my rookie season was so hard to just get a limit, so set your goals, no matter how big or small, check them off and keep enjoying each cast!

Mack Toon only luck I had was creature baits, but everything looked the same and the bites were so far in between.

What was your rod and line setup with it? Fish it any different than the regular chat?
