What is the difference between fluorocarbon and fluorocarbon coated or copolymer and 100% fluorocarbon?

We went a couple of years ago and and I was able to catch my first and only one. Also caught a trout from the surf that year. Definitely a novice flats fisherman. But between you and C.A. Richardson I will have a fighting chance this year. Hahaha.

How would you retrieve the jerk bait from a sit on top kayak? Would an upward twitch work the same?
