Y'all! When I say say I am floored and so proud to see my son and wife reel in my dream fish is an understatement!!! Within 30 seconds of drifting she hooked up but a bull shark took it from her then she hooked up again. William helped her landing hers, but he landed his on his own. William's was 35 in. Sarah's had to be similar in size. I never got to hook up on one, because the proverbial switch turned off and I was too busy landing those damn sail catfish. 🤣🤣🤣🤣. Either way it was money well spent to see those smiles! (I'll be submitting his to the FL reel big fish make a memory site.)

Y'all, when I say life been life'in.... I realized I have not been able to fish since May 16th 🤯🤯🤯🤯... Thank God I am going on vacation now. I'll be beach bound on Saturday. Gonna hit up inshore and an area of the river we pass on the way, to catch some bass... So Florida folks and intercoastal folks. How far inland does the brackish water stop? I'll be going about 30 mins from the bay. So will reds and other inshore fish still be present? How much will tide and everything effect the river etc?

I have to say a memorable fishing trip was one recently. I great conditions and pretty much a lake to my self.... I noticed what appeared to be a shadowy side of a cloud. I noticed that it was floating in a linear fashion, so took a picture just because y never know.... Well I zoomed in and tried to take a couple more. When I reviewed d the photographs. I saw a solid dark colored object.... What to y'all think? Sorry the last one aren't steady I was at 30 zoom. Like I said, when I took the picture it looked like a shadowy cloud.

My son and I went to a mens fish fry at a local church and got to meet one of the bass fishing pioneers, Hank Parker, the other week. (Had to represent my SUF family too!) He is a genuine guy and had a great testimony as well!

Hey hey everyone. Man oh man! I don't know about y'all but life has straight been life'in for me lately. I haven't been able to stay on here very much over the past couple weeks. Seems like every time I have want to fish the wind, water, work, or wife has had different plans.

I have definitely had to reset and refocus on my fishing trips and life. When I have been able to go I have hit up some areas I don't often or haven't fished before. The new idea of exploring over catching has definitely helped with my frustration, it also showed me that every lake is pretty much the same... They all have lay downs, underwater structure, isolated structures, and moody bass. Hahaha!

Glad to be back and I'm hoping I can catch up on all the recordings ASAP.
