I couldn't let Ricky Taylor have all the fun. So I had to spruce up the ol' Outlaw too. Added some decals and a Garmin Striker Vivid 7SV.... Gonna take her out tomorrow and get familiarized with everything. All I can say is it's amazing what you can do with a rod sock. I have some other ideas in mind as well, like adding some split corrugated tubing around the anchor wizard rope to help prevent hook snags. Also I'm pretty sure the big fish usa is not going to stay. So I'll be ordering the smaller size to replace it.

Brian Latimer,
I hope it is not too late, but I am tossing my hat into the ring or the Angler Development Program. I am not intending to fish the typical tournament scene this year. I was going to but all the clubs and what not had tournaments on all the weekends I am scheduled to work. So instead I am looking forward to taking a different approach in expanding my bass fishing abilities.
This year I intend to compete in the SUF tournaments and other online tournaments. And possibly joining the KBF scene as well. But I am most excited about it is. I am also going to attempt to complete the Georgia Bass Slam. There are 10 species of black bass in Georgia. If you catch 5 of the 10 you get special recognition and small prizes. I am wanting to go above and beyond and catch all 10 species. This school will definitely help me in that process from both past and future breakdowns and workshops. I am really looking forward to exploring new bodies of water and catching my first Smallmouth. Not to mention try to catch a trophy Shoal Bass and possibly even catch state records for the bass that have none listed.
If selected it will be an honor to represent the school and all the services it provides. Thank you for your consideration.

My answer to the challenge... I use multiple colors, sizes, and variations of the TRD... But I generally stick the the ones pictured.
1. Good ol' wacky rig. (Watermelon Red Magic)
2. Deizel Minnowz ( pearl\blue glimmer) on a Texas Eye jig head
3. Finesse TRD. (Dropshot and ned rig) Best results on meat dog, mood ring, new money, coppertreuse.
4. SMHs (gamechanger, mood ring, and purple rain)
5. Hellgrammites (mainly fish these on the river on a Texas rigged dropshot. Bass pro released the elaztech version, excited about trying them.)

Yeah boy!!! Caught my last two fish of the year yesterday! Not to mention 🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁 my first bass on a top water walking style bait! That's a whole other bite right there. Nothing like using the tips and tricks from these classes to snag a "first fish". Murky water, dark baits. Saw some kingfishers on a buoy along with a couple of blips on the water. This definitely meant a top water bite... Then a couple twitch twitch twitch pauses later.... Doooooooooop! Love it! Hope y'all have a great New Year's Eve!

Saddle up boys... It's gonna be a wild day. This year we gotta compete with the backlash of FedEx backlogs. So gifts may be harder to find... 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Y'all smell a skunk?!?! Not up in here!!! Nice 1.5 lbs. Hit him with a "Drop Kick" from the top rope! Haha! Had a couple of bites, but got a little to over zealous with the hooksets.
