Fishing Hack: Had to replace my anchor wizard cord and chain. Since the old one is at the bottom of Lake Juliette... I chose to use a chain as an anchor again so I can adjust the weight in the river. I took the idea from the Fluke Master instead of him using rod socks to wrap the electronics cords. I am using them to wrap the chains. Hopefully this will help with unnecessary snags on rocks and debris. I have 5 total, each weighs about 1.5 lbs and is approximately 12" long. I also melted the ends, but for extra security I ziptied the tips as well.

Guess who's back? The Yak is back! Finally got my replacement kayak... Had to do some quick modifications to it in the driveway under headlamp and street light but got it ready enough to fish thursday morning... Destiny Siguenza look at the last couple of pictures. LoL anchor wizard tip: When fishing deep, make sure the other end of the rope is secured tightly. 🤦🤦🤦

What's up SUF fam. I recently went fishing with my Omnia app. I don't have any electronics so it shows me water depth and underwater contour changes. I had to break out my " Knockoff Nalgene bottle tote'n wanna be environmental science major days" to remember how to read the contours.
So, I thought not everyone may understand what they are looking at. On the 3D image pics you can mentally flip the image and imagine it as a hole or valley or you can imagine it covered in water as a cliff or mound all depending on the depth number listed on the contour line... The main thing to remember is... The closer the lines the steeper the slope like a ledge and the further the lines the more gentle the slope. Hope these help...

Spooky spooky... While at an oddities museum in Savannah, Georgia (Graveface Museum) they had a cabinet of "haunted\ cursed dolls" I have included the time stamps showing that these were taken less than a minute apart... The first photo was of the paper mache head. Notice that it is quarded considerably towards the door... The second picture is of me taking a photo of the whole cabinet... Notice the paper mache head....it's turned looking straight at me. I did not notice this until that night going through the photos.on my phone. The next day I showed the staff and they said that they have stuff like that all the time. They also said that the cabinet is glued and screwed shut to prevent anyone from touching the items... Stay spooky.

Last one for now, in this video my son is trying to get the spirits to move something... He goes to set a pencil on the key cover of the piano. (Big no-no in the piano world) So I tell him to set the pencil on the seat. At or around the 11 second mark as he is moving from the keys to the seat, you hear the same breathy voice say what I believe to be a quick "thanks"... Hope y'all enjoy and have a safe Halloween... I'll go through my photos and add some more evidence that I have gathered... Stay spooky!

- Well in the spirit of Halloween I thought I'd let y'all know that I dabble in paranormal investigation. Here is an EVP (electronic voice phenomenon aka voicesthat are not heard out loud but heard on a recording) from a clubhouse I investigated with my son. Also I included a picture of an orb that we caught... I'll upload additional videos from this as well with EVPs, time stamps, and what I hear... In this video my son is trying to communicate and tells him that they can use his phone battery for energy. You can also hear me taking photos... But there is a breathy "hello" that comes through. The photograph of the orb (larger white floating circle to the right of the piano) was taken about the same time as the EVPs were received.... Standby for the others...

Yep... Omnia app. Definitely worth it. Wife may be pissed when the fee comes out... But now I know how deep the water is when I have to have to hide from her. Haha.

Well SUF fam, I can finally quote our great professor Phd. Brian Latimer ... "Thems like the ones I catch !!!".... Small shad like soft plastics did the trick for me on Saturday!!! I was able to get out to a lake the day before it shuts down for public fishing. It's only my third time fishing the lake. Caught this 20.5 in/ 3.5 lb Spot .... from the deep side of the boat. I don't know the exact depth since I don't use electronics...
Caught him on a 3\16 oz Texas Eye jig head (love those jig heads) with a 4" Pearl Blue Glimmer Diesel Minnow. Definitely a one of a kind fish had a lot of character and scars. The lip was actually partially pulled off... #olsnatchandgrab #javorslucaslake #fromthedeepsideoftheboat

Hey y'all, I normally don't post this stuff on social media platforms. But a gut feeling told me to post this. I've worked a couple serious injury\ fatal accidents and natural causes death investigations over the last couple months... Make sure you tell your family you love them and hug them more than normal. Also men (women too but we are more stubborn) make sure you go to the doctor and take your medication like you are supposed to. Y'all (yous guys for the northern folks) drive safely. Don't just worry about how you drive; you have to worry about how others drive too. I know things are sometimes out of our control and predestined, but sometimes they can be avoidable... Too many of us are in a hurry to go no where. So buckle up, slow down, put your phones down and if you are a LEO wear your vest. Thanks for listening again not a post for self gratification, but felt I needed to say it here.
