Woot woot! Finally got out on the water today. Took a week off for son's fall break and after a few days of much needed family time, "sleep debt" collections, dealing with \ helping dad getting situated into his assisted living facility, cleaning house, and putting my jon boat back together. My son and I took a few hours to hit the water.... 🙄🙄 Apparently my to-do list will continue tomorrow 🙄🙄... But I claimed Tuesday and will be back on the water again!

I swear it was a big as building! (See photos ) Haha. 21 in river largemouth. Caught with a buzz bait with a black and blue Zman Goat... Casted it to the edge of a grass line... I swear when it went into the water the bass yawned, then my bait flew into it's mouth. Hahaha. I wasn't able to get a weight before he flopped into the water. But I caught a 19 in and it was nearly 3.5 lbs ... So I'm thinking was a 5 lb at the minimum. This was also mine of the bass caught in the bye month of last year's SUF tournaments. Haha story of my life.

🤣🤣🤣🤣... They have us on the cycle of violence ... Honeymoon phase (bite is on and popping), tensioning ( bite is slowing), violence phase ( no bites and we start breaking rods and cursing records). Haha... And we keep coming back.
